ShiftPulse is a shift management, health tracking, and pay calculation tool designed for medical professionals. The App provides informational features only and is not a medical device.
ShiftPulse is not a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making. Health data displayed (heart rate, steps, etc.) is sourced from Apple HealthKit and is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Pay estimates, overtime calculations, and retirement projections are approximations based on the information you provide. They should not be relied upon as official pay records. Always verify with your employer's payroll department.
ShiftPulse offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions include a 30-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
All content, design, and code in ShiftPulse are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
ShiftPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate pay calculations, missed shifts, or health data discrepancies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
